2009 AGM
Residents and Friends of The Gap are cordially invited to attend a General Meeting of the Gap Community Association Inc. (GCA) at the Ashgrove Golf Club (Ellis Room) on Thursday 7th May 2009 commencing at 7.00 p.m.
The GCA is a not-for-profit group of local residents committed to protecting and enhancing our lifestyle in The Gap. We meet monthly to discuss current issues & take a proactive role in addressing the needs of our community.
The Aims & Objectives of the GCA are to:
- improve the quality of life for all Gap residents and visitors to our suburb;
- act as a lobby group in making representations to Government, Developers etc.on issues impacting on our suburb;
- particularly, to address the needs of young people at The Gap; and
- foster community spirit by bringing people together & providing support to other local community groups and/or activities.
If you would like to contribute to the above processes and/or become a member of the GCA, we would be delighted to meet you at our meeting on the 7th May 2009.
