Guidelines for meetings
- A standard agenda will be observed for each meeting (listed below).
- Additional agenda items can be submitted for consideration by any association member, to any executive committee member, prior to a meeting.
- Minutes for a particular month?s meeting will be distributed on the night of the following month?s meeting.
Standing agenda for monthly general meetings
- Recording of attendance and apologies
- New members and confirmation of current membership list
- Admin:
- Minutes from the previous meeting
- Inwards and outwards correspondence since the previous meeting
- Treasurer?s Report and associated financial issues
- Community issues and campaigns being conducted by GCA: western bypass; Youth/Community Centre etc.
- General business
- Next meeting
Guest speakers: - should a guest speaker be present at a meeting, he or she will be invited to address attendees during the meeting at a time so determined on the night by GCA members present.
RSVPs, enquiries and apologies in regards to monthly meetings may be made to any executive committee member.
