I'm concerned at the amount of traffic that will be using Payne Rd and Illowra Streets as a result, and that this will lead to four lanes in both roads. The southern side of Payne Road between Mogil and Kays Road has had it's boundary moved to widen the road. Another property opposite used to be a horse paddock and it ,too, has had it's boundary moved back. If there are no plans to widen this road then who was it that ordered it to be widened?
It can only be for one reason, and residents should be aware of what really is going on behind closed doors at City Hall.
